Abstract
The experience management of the Montessori method for early childhood is essential and important. The brain development of early childhood is higher than other ages so should be promoted properly learning and development preparation for age-appropriately be the quality adult. The purpose of this research was to study levels and development an approach based on experience management of the Montessori method. The research methodology has two processes. The first process is study levels based on experience management of the Montessori method of 207 samples. Krejcie & Morgan's approach was used to determine sample size. The sampling theory is stratified sampling. Data were collected by using a five-level rating scale of questionnaires. That confidence interval is 95%, IOC between 0.60 - 1.00 and discrimination between 0.38 0.77. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean and standard deviation by a computer program. And the second process is the study development approach based on experience management of the Montessori method of 8 samples. Data were collected by using the questionnaires by interviews and descriptive analysis.
The results of experience management of the Montessori method for early childhood were high levels which are practical life, sensorial, language, and mathematics, respectively. The development approach of experience management of the Montessori method of school should be activities in the mathematics continuity and environmental experience. The activities in mathematics are promoted and developed learning experience management which are number, digit number, addition, subtraction, and counting by equipment from substantial to abstract. The children are repeated practice and learned mathematics from simple to hard along with promoting the production of various media and applied to the context. The administrator must be supported and followed up with expert advice.
